How to Order

The TravelTrunk.com is the best place to find first quality goods at competitive prices. We are dedicated to bringing you quality items that are not only classics but also very traditional, and very often often hard to find!

We've gathered these wares on our travels, and offer them to you with a "good old fashioned" standard of service.

 

We accept credit card payments only through PayPal.

Simply note the items you'd like  to order, send us an e-mail at TravelTrunkOrder@yahoo.com and we'll arrange to send a PayPal Invoice. Once your payment is completed we'll write to confirm and will ship your order within 24 hours.

If you prefer to send payment by Check or Money Order (please make payable to Draphix, Corp) simply select and note the items you would like to order - style number, color, size, quantity, price and of course the name and address you'd like your order shipped to. We've created an Order Form that you can print out and use to help.

Payment and Security
We accept all major credit cards though PayPal, payments are totally safe and secure.

Payment can also be made via Western Union Money Transfer, in US$. Contact us for full details.

We also accept payment by Money Order, Bank Check or Personal Check (please make payable to Draphix Corporation), you can simply mail this with your order. Please remember to include your name, address, e-mail address, and the details of the products you wish to purchase. We will e-mail you to confirm the order.

We offer a choice of Flat Rate Shipping on ANY order, see our rates and options below.

Our flat rate shipping rates can save you money - the more you buy the more you save! Please read below options for US Domestic and International shipments.

Domestic Shipping (USA only)

$5.95 - Single Standard Shipping: If you order one single item only.

$8.95 - Multiple Standard Shipping: If you order two or more items.

$19.95 - Expedited/Express Shipping for 1 or 2 Items: Overnight to most areas in US, 2 business days guaranteed.

$24.95 - Expedited/Express Shipping for 3 or More Items: Overnight to most areas in US, 2 business days guaranteed.

For domestic orders (within the USA) we usually ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow up to five business days for delivery, although often it will be much quicker! Larger shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground. Please remember that Holidays slow things down a little. Express Shipping is available as an option, and is either overnight or 2nd day (depending on your location within the US), a signature is required upon delivery for additional security and safety of your shipment.

International Shipping (All Other Destinations)

$19.95 - International Shipping to all addresses outside of the USA (For 1 item only) delivery  in approx 12-18 days. For security we recommend the below option with insurance.

$29.95 - International Shipping including insurance to all addresses outside of the USA delivery in approx 7-10 days. Please read details below.

For our International Customers we ship Air Mail, please remember all packages are subject to the regulations and duties pertaining to each country and therefore can take less or more time for delivery.  Shipments can be subject to duty/taxes by Customs Officers in your Country, this is entirely at the discretion of the Customs Officer please note that this is not something we can predict.

Please note that postal services outside of the USA are out of our control - we cannot be held responsible for loss. We encourage you to insure your international shipment and offer this option at checkout. Insurance provides either reimbursement or replacement if your package is lost or damaged. We send packages overseas regularly without incident, but accidents can happen. If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, we will not be able to help you unless you opt for insurance when you order.

Unlike other web based retail stores we ship from our own central warehouse, all items are carried in stock - if however, we are temporarily out of stock we will advise you.

 

Before you make your purchase please carefully review available sizing information - if you have any questions please contact us, we are always willing to assist!

Exchanges/Refunds:

In order to offer the best possible prices and service we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Unauthorized Returns and Undeliverable Mail:

All returns will be refused and sent back to sender.

If for some reason your order is returned as undeliverable, or is returned without our approval, we will process a refund less a 25% re-stocking fee, less shipping costs.
